Shipping Coronavirus // COVID-19 Update

Dispatch times stated below and within all the product listings still apply however postal services are still experiencing huge delays so please keep this in mind.

Coronavirus Update


Bobbin and Bumble is still open and taking orders for UK DELIVERY ONLY. We are an online business and able to work under the current government guidelines with appropriate safety measures in place. However we have made some changes to the way things are being processed in order to do our part in staying at home. This will mean slightly longer wait times for orders. 

The following items are made to order and dispatched directly from the manufacturer:

  • Anti Roll Wedge Changing Mats
  • Standard Flat Baby Changing Mats
  • PERSONALISED Travel Changing Mats
  • PERSONALISED Splash Mats

The above items are all made to order and dispatched directly from the manufacturer, because of this you should allow 3-4 weeks for dispatch on  these items. Orders cannot be rushed. Orders go over to the manufacturers at 12pm on Mondays & Thursdays so depending when you order will determine the date it goes to them and expected dispatch point is from the time the manufacturers receive it. Please refer to the returns page for our policies on cancellations and returns. 

Highchair covers:

Our highchair covers are all handmade so the dispatch time for these is up-to 28 working days to allow for them to be made. Often it is a lot quicker than this. Post drops are also being limited and you should allow extra time once they enter the postal system. 

All other items

Everything else if it is in stock that means we are holding the stock and it can be shipped within 2-5 business days. 


You will receive an email from us once you have placed your order and then you won't hear from us until your item dispatches. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched and we will keep you up to date where ever possible if there are any changes. Please allow extra time once the items have been marked as dispatched for your order to arrive,  as the delivery services try to keep up with demand.

Some items may be shipped separately:

If you order multiple items then your order may be split up and items sent separately.
