Cancellations and Returns

We always want you to be happy with your purchase so we gladly accept returns which are raised within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us if you wish to make a return if you meet all criteria clearly stated below. 

Returns Policy

All returns must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in some cases still sealed in their original packaging for safety hygiene reasons. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is deemed used or in an unsellable condition. 

We cannot accept returns on changing mats where the clear plastic hygiene seal has been broken. All changing mats specifications are in the listing and they are packaged in a clear plastic so that the colour/pattern can easily be seen without breaking the hygiene seal.

As a small business we cannot absorb the return postage cost, so the customer is responsible for this. 

Sale and seconds items are non-returnable. They will always be clearly advertised as sale/second products. Please always read descriptions clearly before making a purchase. 

Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the courier you use to return your product. If the returned product does not get to us and you do not have a proof of postage, we will be unable refund you.

We aim to process your refund within 7-10 working days of receipt of your item. If your return meets all of our conditions then you will be refunded back to the original payment method used. 

Staining on the product will not be classed as refundable, we have a helpful guide to avoid staining of our products. Along with general wear and tear from using a product. 

Damages and faulty items

In the event of you receiving an incorrect or faulty item, please get in touch and we can advise on the best way to return the item.

If you think your item was damaged during transit then please retain all packaging and submit pictures of the packaging and the item to support the claiming process. 

Please note that any item that is damaged due to general ware and tear will not be eligible for a refund. 

We always require the order number and photo/videos of the products in order to assist you. 

Exceptions to returns

We cannot accept returns on any personalised items unless it is an error on our part such as the name being different to the one supplied within the original order or sending an incorrect pattern.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have changed your mind the quickest and simplest way to get the product you wish is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
