Cancellations and Returns
All of our products are handcrafted and often personalised, and we hope you love our products as much as we do.
Because the majority of our products are either made to order on site or via manufacturers its always best to contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel. If your order has not been sent to production we will honour the cancellation, however once it has been sent over to the manufacturers we are unable to then cancel it and you will have to wait to receive the item to then return for a refund (see below full returns policy).
In the event of you receiving an incorrect or faulty item, please get in touch and we can advise on the best way to return the item.
We gladly accept returns on items that are unused, and unopened still sealed in the original clear packaging, this is due to hygiene reasons. If it is sent back opened it will not be accepted and you will have to pay for it to be returned to you or it will be destroyed. You must return via post within 14 days of receipt. Please do not fold up or squash items to return them.
We cannot accept returns on any personalised items unless it is an error on our part such as the name being different to the one supplied within the original order or sending an incorrect pattern.
Please send a proof of postage receipt via a photo from the courier you use to return your product. If the returned product does not get to us and proof of sending the package is not provided, we are unable to refund you.
You are responsible for paying return postage, unless an item is faulty.
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of receipt of your item. Where the full order has been returned you will receive a full refund including the original postage charge. If however you only return part of your order you will not receive back the original postage cost.
Staining on the product will not be classed as refundable, we have a helpful guide to avoid staining of our products.
